If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe or no-shows will result in the loss of your reservation.

Before your experience, it's important to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, allergies, or other circumstances that may require us to adapt the service. ARAYA's massages and rituals are focused on well-being and are not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a healthcare professional.

• Environment and devices

To fully enjoy the experience and respect the tranquility of the space, we invite you to keep your phone and electronic devices on silent or airplane mode during your stay.

• Respect and safety

We expect respectful treatment at all times towards the team, the facilities and other people present.

ARAYA reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service in the event of any disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. No conduct of a sexual nature or any behavior that compromises the safety, privacy, or well-being of the team or other individuals will be tolerated.
