Appointment changes and cancellations
Appointments can be changed or cancelled with a minimum of notice. 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, as a general rule we will offer you reschedule the appointment to another date. If the purchase was made online and you are within the legal withdrawal period of 14 days (see below), you can withdraw and we will refund the amount where legally appropriate.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and non-attendance will result in loss of the full amount of the appointment, except for justified exceptional cause, which ARAYA will assess individually.
If ARAYA has to cancel an appointment
You can choose between change it to another date or receive the full refund of the amount paid.
Online purchases and the right of withdrawal
When you contract through our website, you will have, in general and where legally applicable, the 14 calendar days from the date of purchase To cancel, you don't need to justify your decision. If you cancel within the deadline and the service hasn't been provided yet, we'll refund the amount in accordance with applicable regulations.
This also applies to online shopping no appointment needed (for example, a gift card or a promotion), provided that it is legally appropriate and the service has not yet been provided.
To withdraw, write to us at arayarituals@arayarituals.es or via WhatsApp to 651 15 93 12 indicating your name, the date of purchase and the experience acquired.
Services performed during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request to use your service before the withdrawal period ends, you authorize us to begin providing it during that period. Once the service has been fully provided, you will have lost your right to withdraw from the contract, provided that the legal requirements for consent and prior information have been met. If only part of the service has been provided and you subsequently withdraw validly, you may be entitled to payment for the proportional part already provided.
Services already enjoyed
Once the massage, ritual, or treatment has been fully completed, refunds are not accepted if the above conditions have been met. This does not affect your rights if there is any issue or lack of satisfaction with the service.
Form and time of return
When a refund is due, it will be made through the same payment method that you used, at most 14 calendar days from when you inform us of your decision.
Vouchers and gift cards
They have their own terms of use, validity, and booking. If purchased online, any cancellation is governed by current regulations and this policy. If a voucher has already been used, any refund will be reviewed taking into account the sessions already attended.
Promotions
They may have their own terms and conditions for purchase, reservation, enjoyment and expiry, which are shown before purchase and do not limit your rights as a consumer.
